Dry Cider

The dry Cider offers a yellow and limpid color and reveals a persistent thread of foam.
It announces a fruity and floral nose. Slightly bitter, the palate is rich and structured.

Sweet Cider

The sweet Cider offers an amber color. The delicate and elegant nose, it reveals fruity notes and aromas of freshly picked apples. Balanced, with a fresh and sweet attack at the same time, this sweet cider is frank and tasty.

Rosé Cider

Rosé Cider is made from varieties of apples with red flesh and colored juice. It turns out to be fresh and fruity, with a nose of fresh fruit and floral notes. A shimmering color, fine bubbles, combining acidity and light residual sugars on the palate. Rosé cider has a more fruity, slightly acidic taste that can be enjoyed as an aperitif and / or will go perfectly with all our crepes and buckweat crepes.

Dry Farmer Cider

The dry Farmer Cider 100% juice cider comes from the only fruits that FOURNIER produces on its own farm. This cider combines freshness, body and authentic character.

New Cider (only between December and February)

Our new Cider is pure juice from freshly squeezed cider apples (less than 2 months of pressing).
It is slightly fermented, and leaves a chewy apple taste in the palate. Deliciously fruity!
