We prepare our own dough for making pancakes and crepes, with our “secret” recipes.

The pancakes and crepes, turned by hand, are only made to order. You also have the possibility of mixing the two doughs, at your convenience!

 

The origin of the flours comes for the buckwheat from the Moulins de Carmenais 56120 JOSSELIN, and for the wheat from the Moulins de VERSAILLES 78000 VERSAILLES.
